Nutrition and the eyes
A growing body of scientific evidence shows that we can positively affect eye health and vision through smart nutrition. For many of us that means choosing foods which both nourish the eyes and help our body's natural repair mechanisms to work at their best. Fruits and vegetables rich in color, such as carrots, blueberries and kale are especially good, as are omega oils from fish, eggs and even onions and garlic.

Some of us need extra help. Years of exposure to a modern lifestyle can deplete some of the micronutrients we need for good eye health. Supplementation can slow down and even reverse the effects and bring improved vision and health back to your eyes.
